All females being sold in-calf are only for sale because of increasing cow numbers and the need to reduce the number of calvings in 2024/25. 

Females still available are, but limited to, those listed below, pictured in their working clothes and all health tested clear as part of the whole herd testing programme that has seen the herd achieve Elite CHeCS health status.

Also have all been TB tested in February this year. 

 

Elderberry Natalie

 

Natalie is long and well muscled daughter of Jaco who is an extreme muscular French outcross. The dam line consistently produce quality and are extrmeely docile. 

Natalie bred Elderberry Sabastien who sold privately for £5,000

In-calf approx 3month to Elderberry Titanium (On-dit)

 

Elderberry Shakira 

 

Shakira is from an extremely strong dam line with many strong prices both her dam and sire have both bred sons to 6,000gns so far. Intrepide was NELBC Stock Bull of the Year 

Elderberry Shakira is PD'd in calf to Elderberry Rocketman ET (Hamac x Faience) due approx August. Rocketman was 2nd in Stock Bull of the Year as a young bull and a son of the famous Faience who was 3 times French female national muscle chamption.

 

 Elderberry Summer

 

 Summer is a nice Jac daughter. Jac was French National Male Junior Muscle Champion and has bred sons in the herd to 14,000gns.

The dam Darrilla was an excellent breeding cow with an abundance of milk and consistently bred breeding bulls that sold privately for good prices. Darrilla was a daughter of Verdi who was a French National champion bull. 

In-calf to NELBC Stock bull of the year Jupiter due approx September. Jupiter has bred bulls to £7,500 and heifer calves to £5,000.

 

Elderberry Sheila

 

Sheila is from good honest breeding lines. She has reared one calf and is still only 3 years old.

Jana-Ben

Jana-ben was bred in the Benoit herd in France and imported as a yearling heifer. She is a milky medium sized cow that calves easily and breeds good shape.

Sons have consistently sold privately for good prices.

Jana-ben is PD'd in-calf to Elderberry Titanium (On-dit) due end October.

 

 Elderberry Meredith 

 

Meredith is a beefy Bial daughter from a strong dam line with good production and longevity. Very docile cow. 

PD'd in calf to Elderberry Rocketman ET due likely July/early August.

Elderberry Meteorite

Meteorite is a good cow who's dam was imported from Luxembourg.

Her sire has bred good cows in the herd who have bred sons to £7,500.

In-calf to Elderberry Rocketman ET who is an outstanding Hamac son of Faience who was 3 times French national female muscle champion. Due approx August/September.

 

 Elderberry Ritz

Ritz is a smart young female having reared one calf which did extremely well. Sired by former NELBC Stock Bull of the Year Intrepide,

and from a top French dam-line from the Champeval herd.

PD'd in calf to Elderberry Titanium due approx October. 

 

 Elderberry Ondine

 Elderberry Ondine is sired by Jac who has had sons up to 14,000gns. Ondine is out of a stylish Eddy daughter

PD'd in-calf to Elderberry Titanium, an ET son of On-dit. PD'd 20/02/24 approx 3.5m

 

Elderbery Savanna

 

Savanna carries the length and size that her breeding would indicate. Sired by Intrepide she is a daughter of a huge French imported female, Gazelle, who is from a well known French show cow dam line. Gazelle has been an excellent breeder in the herd.

Sunshine is another daughter of Jac whos dam has bred bulls to 5,500gns
